Even though President Muhammadu Bihari has assured that the killers of Dr. Chile Akunyili, husband of late Dora Akunyili will not go unpunished and Governor Willie Obiano has placed a N20million bounty on anyone with useful information about the suspects, many residents of Anambra state now live in real fear.
No day passes by with senseless killing(s) taking place. As you read this, unknown gunmen have beheaded a man in Nkpor area of the state.
An eyewitness said the heavily armed men storm Eke Nkpor in a commando-style to execute their evil agenda, throwing the area into palpable fear.
A write up sighted close to the man that was beheaded reads:
'No Election In Anambra State, The Return Of Unknown Gunmen.'
