Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate in Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, who is also the incumbent governor, has won the governorship election held in the state on Saturday, September 20, 2020, by a landslide, defeating the All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate, Pastor Ize-Iyamu, in 14 Local Governments of the state.
